Is my data really private?

Yes. Every file is encrypted on your phone before it leaves. The encryption key is generated on-device and never transmitted. Files are stored across distributed servers, so there is no central database to look inside.

When Rakshak asks the AI a question, your name, IDs, and identifying data are stripped before the request. The AI sees medical patterns, not you. The relevant code path is open for inspection.

What does Privexa actually do, in one sentence?

It collects your scattered health data into one private vault including reports, wearables, family history and lets Rakshak read across all of it to give you calm, accurate guidance.

Can my doctor see my records?

Only if you share them. From the Share screen, you create a secure link that expires after 72 hours by default. You can revoke access any time from Vault. We log every access so you always know who saw what.

Does Rakshak give medical advice?

Rakshak explains your reports in plain language and helps you prepare for doctor visits. It is not a replacement for a qualified physician.

What labs and hospitals work?

Any PDF from any diagnostic centres works. We handle the messy real-world report layouts.

What does it cost?

Free forever, with 1 GB of encrypted storage. We have a Pro tier for users who need more storage, faster Rakshak responses, and family vaults (coming soon). No ads. We will never sell your data because we never see it.

Does it work on iPhone?
